It is a NMEA0183 Multiplexer and gateway over two protocols: NMEA0183 and Seatalk. Wi-Fi compatible with OPENCPN and other navigation software. This is our most basic base station that supports the autopilot remote control ATM105B (not included in price) for Raymarine autopilots.
It is recommended for installations that do not require the NMEA2000 bus (typically boats built in the 80′ and 90′). It is a very attractive option to enhance the functionality of old electronic ship equipment in combination with a NMEA0183 multifunction display or PC.
