Actualmente el proyecto cuenta con el Acrobat II (Amel Sharki)<\/strong><\/a> como buque insignia. En \u00e9l se desarrollar\u00e1n las actividades principales.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s contamos con el apoyo del que hasta ahora fuera el barco base del proyecto, el Acrobat I (Sigma 38)<\/strong> que seguir\u00e1 colaborando estrechamente en muchas de nuestras futuras iniciativas.<\/p>\n

En este enlace<\/a> pod\u00e9is consultar sus caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas.\u00a0 Es un velero de 2 palos, arboladura de ketch, ba\u00f1era central y 2 cabinas dobles concebido para el crucero oce\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n

Su dise\u00f1ador, el afamado Henri Amel<\/a>, tuvo presentes la robustez y facilidad de maniobra como par\u00e1metros a ser maximizados. Es un barco que prima la comodidad, algo fundamental para poder acometer\u00a0su misi\u00f3n de laboratorio flotante de nuestro proyecto, pues los tecn\u00f3logos necesitan un espacio donde poder trabajar en el desarrollo, construcci\u00f3n y pruebas de prototipos.<\/p>\n

Actualmente estamos trabajando en su rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral y puesta a punto. Tengamos en cuenta que tambi\u00e9n ha de permitir realizar actividades de comunicaci\u00f3n\u00a0y divulgaci\u00f3n, por lo que el espacio interior de su cabina principal\u00a0ha de ser configurable y adaptable.

Los veleros clase\u00a0Sigma 38<\/a>\u00a0son de\u00a0origen brit\u00e1nico y fueron creados con\u00a0el objetivo de adaptar su construcci\u00f3n a las caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas de la navegaci\u00f3n en aguas brit\u00e1nicas.<\/p>\n

El\u00a0Acrobat<\/strong>\u00a0ha participado en prestigiosas regatas como la\u00a0Rolex Middle Sea Race<\/a>\u00a0o el\u00a0Grand Prix of the Atlantic<\/a>,\u00a0en las que obtuvo muy buenas clasificaciones.<\/p>\n

Entre los m\u00faltiples usos que puede afrontar\u00a0Acrobat<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1, el de\u00a0velero de recreo, lo que ha consolidado su solvencia como sede del proyecto\u00a0Sailing Living
